Full-time, independent contractor, commission based

ONE Commercial Realty Services is a full service Real Estate Brokerage firm specializing in the sale of commercial investment real estate throughout the five boroughs of New York. We are currently seeking Associates to assist Directors and Managing Directors with marketing of exclusive commercial property listings. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining relationships with investment property owners while delivering industry leading customer service and developing neighborhood expertise.

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, our Associates are responsible for assisting Directors and Managing Directors servicing commercial real estate transactions, as well as, but not limited to the following:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with commercial property owners
  • Developing comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, trends, sales and neighborhood expertise while having access to industry best software platforms
  • Procure lead origination under supervision through phone calls, canvassing and networking
  • Work in a team-friendly environment together with senior brokers to grow market expertise and procure origination of new clients

Training:

  • Hands on approach from the get-go, including ongoing professional and personal development session with senior management and industry leaders
  • Results-driven incentive program

Qualifications:

  • New York State Real Estate License, or willingness to obtain
  • 1-3 years of work experience in sales or service oriented business, commercial real estate sales experience preferred
  • Must be a team player, disciplined and focused
  • Extremely motivated, resourceful, resilient, transparent in approach and affable demeanor on the phone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical and negotiating skills
  • Record of sales preferred

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, our brokers are responsible for developing, building and maintaining relationships with commercial owners and tenants while providing industry leading customer service. Additionally, you will participate in market and site analyses, site selection and transaction management, as well as lease negations and financial analyses for retail tenants and owners/landlords.

Qualifications:

  • New York Real Estate License required

  • Must be a team player, disciplined, self-motivated, sales-driven and thrive in a dynamic commission-based entrepreneurial business
